AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are MIGHTY CREW ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of INFLUENCE (the "Platform"). INFLUENCE connects brands with influencers for advertising opportunities. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "influencer/brand," as applicable) and MIGHTY CREW, concerning your access to and use of INFLUENCE, including the website, app, or any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using INFLUENCE, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are prohibited from using or registering for the Services.
